Lehigh Carbon Community College and Eight Oaks Craft Distillers, New Tripoli, are presenting “How Green is My Valley,” 7:30 p.m. Aug. 29, at the distillery, 7189 PA Route 309.

Speakers include Teena Bailey, owner, Red Cat Farm; Chad Butters, owner, Eight Oaks Craft Distillery; Liz Wagner, owner, Crooked Row Farm, and Allison Czapp of Buy Fresh, Buy Local PA.

Attendees receive an artisanal cocktail and desserts by Curious Goods of the Bake Oven Inn, Germansville.
