Kidz Bop Kids, a children’s album-producing phenomenon for 15 years annually outselling many of the biggest names in pop music, is celebrating its decade and a half atop the charts in a Lehigh Valley debut concert, 6:30 p.m. Aug. 30, Fairgrounds Grandstand, at the Great Allentown Fair. The albums have included one certified platinum and nine certified gold. Kidz Bop Kids has done this by covering chart hits with youthful exuberance. The latest edition of Kidz Bop Kids has the best-selling children’s album of 2015, “Kidz Bop 27.” When they are not singing, the group’s members, Ashlynn, Sela, Grant and Matt, host a Kidz Bop music channel on SiriusXM and create family-friendly content on YouTube. The Kidz Bop Kids were Billboard’s No. 1 Kids’ Album Artist 2010 - 2015. Since the 2001 debut, more than 16 million Kidz Bop albums have been sold.
