Larry Flick, Chairman & CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) Fox & Roach, Realtors and The Trident Group, has announced that Gina Verdi, SHRM-SCP, has been hired as director of human resources.

Verdi, formerly with the American Association for Cancer Research, where she served as the associate director of human resources, has held human resources leadership positions at Frontage, Health Market Science, Nemours DuPont Hospital for Children, Pentec Health and the Project Management Issue.

Verdi received a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from Neumann University and a certificate in professional human resource management from Villanova University.

Verdi is a volunteer with Autism Ride for the Cure, Runners for Research, Habitat for Humanity and Ronald McDonald House. She co-leads interview and resume writing workshops for recent graduates and displaced workers. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and Greater Valley Forge Human Resource Association and previously served as the director of the Alumni Executive Board at Neumann University.
