August events at The Moravian Book Shop, 428 Main St., Bethlehem, include:

Quilt and Quip Spring and Summer Sewing Circle, host Sandra Engle, 2 - 4 p.m. Aug. 18. Try your hand at quilting or see how they are made. The quilts are made for babies and are donated to area foundations.
