Weisenberg Lowhill Township Historical Society, 4585 Werleys Corner Road, New Tripoli will have its quarterly meeting and picnic 6 p.m. Aug. 23 at its headquarters.
Non-members are welcome as well. Bring a covered dish to share.
After the meal, there will be a tour beginning around 6:45 p.m. of the Hudson Building, Kistler Valley and Schochary roads, Lynnville in the former factory.
Ladies who worked there are welcome as guests.
The monthly genealogy workshop will take place 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sept. 3 at the headquarters.

Schpotyaahr Fescht will take place noon-6 p.m. Sept.10 and 11.
The theme for this year is hotels in Weisenberg and Lowhill townships.

The Miller-Keystone Bloodmobile will be on-site noon-5 p.m. Saturday.
