State Police Troop M Fogelsville say a 55-year-old Kempton man reported sometime between 4:30-5:30 a.m. Aug. 10 an unknown suspect(s) broke into his two story residence in the 8400 block of Kings Highway, Lynn Township, through an unlocked side window.
Police say once inside the suspect vandalized the residence.
According to police, the suspect(s) were approached by the homeowner and fled south on Donats Peak Road.
State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Dakota Z. George, 18, of New Ringgold, was driving a 2001 Chevrolet Malibu when it overturned 5:45 a.m. Aug. 9 on Kings Highway, Lynn Township.
According to police, the car was traveling west on Kings Highway approaching Leaser Road, when it lost control and crossed over the east bound lane on Kings Highway.
It then exited the roadway on the southern side of the highway.
The front undercarriage made initial impact with a ditch, before overturning and coming to a final rest on it’s driver’s side, facing southeast, police say.
George, who was wearing his seat belt, was not injured.
He was cited for a traffic violation.
