LCCC

Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) has received more than $35,000 from the Northeast Regional Key of Community Services for Children (CSC) that will help practitioners in early learning programs take credential courses and professional development workshops.

The funding supports professional development of practitioners in early childhood teacher education who are seeking to complete Child Development Associate (CDA) or director credentials which helps to maintain the profession’s quality.

By developing and enhancing the skills of practitioners, the CSC helps to ensure the quality of teacher education programs and childcare facilities in the area.
