A 25-year-old woman, of Allentown, was arrested for driving under the influence after a traffic stop at 6671 Chestnut St., Upper Milford Township, 1:31 a.m. July 30. Charges were filed.

A 51-year-old man, of Pennsburg, was charged with driving under the influence and related charges after a two-vehicle accident at 4201 Chestnut St., Upper Milford Township, 10:40 a.m. June 9. According to police, the man was speeding northbound on Chestnut Street when he passed a vehicle on the wrong side of the road and, when unable to stop in time, struck a vehicle driven by a Zionsville resident while the vehicle was stopped at a traffic light. The Pennsburg man’s vehicle then struck a tree before coming to a stop.

Charges were filed.

A 59-year-old male, of Macungie, is accused of harassment and disorderly conduct after he threatened, cursed and attempted to grab a cell phone from a Bensalem man during a road rage incident in the 5200 block of Green Lawn Drive, Lower Macungie Township, July 16. Charges were filed.

A 50-year-old woman and a 23-year-old woman, both of Emmaus, were cited for harassment after an argument with a 47-year-old man in the 3800 block of Chestnut Road, Lower Macungie Township, 9:05 p.m. July 19.

Reported by a resident in the 4200 block of Reservoir Hill Road, Lower Macungie Township, a neighbor telephoned the home and yelled at the resident repeatedly concerning her dog barking while the dog was on its walk July 31.

Reported by several residents of Sunflower Lane, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors damaged several mailboxes around midnight Aug. 1.

Reported at a house currently under construction in the 1100 block of Morning Star Drive, Lower Macungie Township, four vent pipes were removed and left in the front yard between July 31 and Aug. 1.

A 20-year-old male, of Lower Macungie Township, was charged with several drug offenses, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and underage drinking after police responded to a disturbance and noise complaint at a residence in the 7300 block of Hillcrest Road, Lower Macungie Township, 3:51 a.m. July 7.

Reported in the 7000 block of Locust Valley Road, Lower Milford Township, unknown actors entered an unlocked vehicle and removed an unspecified amount of cash between 3 a.m. and 11 a.m. July 10.

Reported in the 5600 block of Greens Drive, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors removed a black Tom Tom GPS navigation unit valued at $50 from an unlocked vehicle between 10 p.m. July 13 and 6 a.m. July 14. Reported by a 51-year-old male, of Wescosville, an undisclosed amount of cash was taken from an unlocked vehicle in the 1400 block of Dove Terrace, Lower Macungie Township, between 9 p.m. Aug. 3 and 3 p.m. Aug. 4.

Reported by a 46-year-old female, of Wescosville, an undisclosed amount of cash was taken from an unlocked vehicle in the 5600 block of Kart Drive, Lower Macungie Township, between 7 p.m. Aug. 3 and 7 a.m. Aug. 4.

Reported by residents of the 5000 block of Celia Drive, the 5000 block of Pine Grove Circle, the 1200 block of Brookside Road and the 4800 and 4900 blocks of Cypress Street, Lower Maucngie Township, unknown actors entered unlocked vehicles and removed $41 in change, Marlboro brand cigarettes and Skoal brand tobacco between 10 p.m. Aug. 1 and 8:30 a.m. Aug. 2. A male from Allentown was taken into custody after he removed three bottles of men’s cologne, valued at $142 and attempted to leave Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 3:09 p.m. July 4. According to police, the man also was found to be in possession of several items of drug paraphernalia at the time. Charges to be filed.

An unidentified male removed approximately $850 worth of Gillette Fusion razors from Giant food store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, between 2:30 and 5:30 p.m. July 30.

Reported by a loss prevention staff employee at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, two men concealed 10 containers of baby formula within their shopping cart and tried to leave the store without paying for the formula 4:15 p.m. Aug. 2. The men ran from the store when confronted and all stolen property, valued at $367.26, was recovered.

A 34-year-old woman, of Elverson, Chester County, was cited for driving while suspended and issued a warning on a related charge after a one-vehicle accident in front of 4491 Chestnut St., Upper Milford Township, 12:01 a.m. July 8.

According to police, the woman was southbound on Chestnut Street when she lost control of her vehicle. The vehicle left the south side of the street and struck a pole, breaking the pole in half and causing the vehicle to roll over.

The woman was injured and taken to Lehigh Valley Health Network hospital, Cedar Crest, by Emmaus EMS.

A 64-year-old man, of Pen Argyl, was charged with speeding after a one-vehicle accident in Lower Macungie Township July 25 in which the vehicle he was driving overturned. According to police, the driver was traveling north on Chestnut Road near Hensingersville Road about 6 p.m. when he lost control on a left curve and hit a guard rail on the east shoulder of the road. The impact caused the vehicle to overturn. The driver sustained minor injuries but refused treatment at the scene. The vehicle was towed.

A 38-year-old female, of Lower Macungie Township, reported her wallet was stolen from a residence in the 3700 block of Knight Drive, Lower Macungie Township, July 4.

A 63-year-old female, of Lower Macungie Township, was scammed out of approximately $50,000 over three months because she sent the money to an individual she met on an online dating service.
