An unknown actor smashed the glass in the front door and entered the Top Star Express Exxon, 14 E. Main St., July 28.

A 30-year-old male and a 26-year-old female, both of Emmaus, were arrested for simple assault and harassment after an incident in the 300 block of Minor Street July 25. Charges were filed.

A boy’s maroon bicycle was found along Williams Street July 30. The bicycle is currently at the Emmaus Police station, 300 W. Jubilee St.

A 58-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested July 20 for public drunkenness in the 200 block of North Second Street.

A 26-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested July 20 in the 500 block of Evergreen Street after returning to a location he had previously been advised to avoid.

A black and white backpack was found in the 300 block of Spruce Street July 22.

A 30-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested for harassment July 25 in the 100 block of East Minor Street.
