A New Haven, Conn., woman was taken into custody for driving under the influence and drug possession after a traffic stop on Interstate 78 at mile marker 56.7, Salisbury Township, July 1. According to Pennsylvania State Police at Fogelsville, the woman smoked a marijuana cigarette minutes before being stopped. A passenger, also of New Haven, Conn., had several prescription pill bottles filled with marijuana at the time of the traffic stop, according to police.
