Jennifer Hernandez-Vazquez, 26, of Allentown, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence following a report of a disabled vehicle in the 1100 Brook Avenue 10:23 p.m. July 14. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Eric Budd, 44, of Bethlehem, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence following a traffic stop in the 2300 block of Honeysuckle Road, 5:38 p.m. July 18. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

A resident in the 2200 block of South Ellsworth Street reported 1:45 p.m. July 15 an unknown actor opened two accounts at Wayfair and Overstock and charged $2,000 of merchandise sent to California and Maine.

An unknown actor damaged a vehicle parked in the 2200 block of South Ellsworth Street 8:56 a.m. July 17. There were scratches on both sides of the vehicle and the passenger side tires were flat. Police are reviewing video.

A car parked at the Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd. 3:40 p.m. July 19 was scratched around the vehicle and reported to police.

Police were called to Areils Restaurant, 1798 Broadway, Bethlehem, 8:33 p.m. July 22 for the report of a juvenile throwing rocks and bottles around the dumpster.

An unknown actor entered a vehicle parked in the 3200 block of Capital Street 10:08 a.m. July 17. A wallet containing $30, driver’s license and credit cards was removed.

A Vera Bradley princess bag and a smaller bag were removed from a vehicle parked at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd. 9:25 a.m. July 25. Police are reviewing hospital video.

Police received a report 4:30 p.m. July 17 of kids on the roof of a building at Laubach Park, 1630 Lehigh Ave.

Police were called to Laubach Park, 1630 Lehigh Ave. 5:22 p.m. July 24 for the report of kids throwing rocks on the basketball court.

Montez Antwan Jackson, 41, of Allentown, was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property noon July 18. Jackson allegedly removed a PlayStation 3 and two controllers from the lounge of the pediatric unit at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd.

A resident in the 600 block of East Greenleaf Street, Emmaus, reported 11:57 a.m. July 19, the theft of 50 prescription pills following a gathering at the home.

Salisbury police were dispatched to the 3000 block of Fairfield Drive 7:23 a.m. July 23 for the report of a motor vehicle theft. The vehicle was described as a black Nissan Maxima taken by an unidentified black male wearing a pink baseball cap. The vehicle was reported seen heading south of Fairfield Drive. The victim reported observing the male enter her vehicle and drive away. Moments later a Salisbury Township police officer spotted the vehicle in the neighborhood and attempted to stop it. The vehicle eventually stopped and the male driver, Nicholas Allen, 18, no known address, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition, receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, recklessly endangering another person, fleeing or attempting to elude police, reckless driving and driving vehicle at safe speed. Allen was transported to Lehigh County Prison for processing. There were no injuries in this incident.

Crystal Bubbenmoyer, 32, of Allentown, was charged with retail theft 4:44 p.m. July 19 after an incident at BonTon, 3300 Lehigh St. Bubbenmoyer allegedly concealed children’s clothing in a bag and left the store. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Salisbury police are reviewing the video from Ross Dress for Less, 3300 Lehigh St., where an unknown male placed items in a bag, left the store without paying for the items and jumped into a van 7:56 p.m. July 22.

A resident in the 1200 block of Maumee Avenue reported 3 p.m. July 22 an unknown actor entered a shed and removed a Bratz lowrider bike valued at $100 and a Craftsman 216 piece tool set valued at $120. The resident said the fence and the shed were unlocked.

Police were called to Waldheim Park, 2400 S. Hall St., 11:12 p.m. July 23 for the report of non-residents swimming in the pool. Five people will be charged with criminal trespassing.
