Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) is offering a pharmacy technician course in retail, hospital, institutional pharmacy and manufacturing careers. Class is 8-11 a.m. Tuesdays, Thursdays, Aug. 16-Dec. 8, LCCC Donley Center, Allentown.

Learn pharmacy terms, prescription reading, medical terminology, drug delivery systems, intravenous therapy and aseptic technician preparation, chemotherapy awareness, dose, calculations, dosage forms, pharmacy law, inventory control, clean-room protocols, operational theory and regulatory compliance.
