Area students are among those who received degrees in recent ceremonies including: Kelly Carpency, who earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in anthropology and sociology and Carly Trachtman, who earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics-economics with honors in economics and graduated summa cum laude, both of Allentown.
