Week four at Camp Cementon has been the best one yet!

On Monday, the campers played a game of Steal the Bacon, which was an exciting game that ended with a one-point lead. Our campers also played the all-time favorite games of Four Square and Pacman.

Our field trip was to Ice Cream Lab on Wednesday. The campers learned about the history of ice cream and nutritional value of ice cream and toppings. They were then given a challenge of making their own flavors, which were then judged by the counselors. The winner was Cherry Bombers, and a photo of the creation is posted to Ice Cream Lab’s Facebook page!

On Wednesday afternoon, a belly flop contest took place among the campers at the pool.

On Thursday, we made dog treats for a local animal shelter and for the campers to take home as well.

Since Thursday was such a hot day, we watched a movie during lunch.

Our campers of the week were Cara and Tanner Z. Can’t want for another great week at Camp Cementon!
