This week at Camp Cementon was an extremely fun and hot week. To keep cool, we played games such as Dip Dip Splash, which is a water version of the game Duck Duck Goose. We also played water relays, spent a lot of time outside and went to the pool everyday.

During the rain, it didn’t stop Camp Cementon campers from having fun; we had just as much fun inside. We watched “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” and played inside games, like Freeze Dance and Red Light, Green Light.

Wednesday was our field trip to Lehigh Valley Zoo. The campers saw camels, zebras, wolves and many other animals. After a long day at the zoo, we still made it in time to get to the pool and spend the rest of the day swimming.

We finished the week with games like Jump the River, Pac Man and Dodgeball.

The Campers of the Week were awarded to Hope and Austyn for their teamwork and good attitudes throughout the whole week. Camper of the Week is given to a camper who always is smiling, excited to be at camp and respectful to the other campers.

We are extremely excited to see what the rest of the weeks at Camp Cementon have in store.
