Musikfest’s 2016 main stage lineup will take on a slightly different look in the coming weeks as the Aretha Franklin show on Aug. 8 has been canceled.

According to Franklin’s management, the concert at the Sands Steel Stage was canceled because of unforeseen logistical issues.

As a result of the lineup change, Musikfest is looking at a variety of options for a main stage performance on Aug. 8. Details will be announced as soon as the show is confirmed.

Customers who purchased tickets to the Aretha Franklin concert via credit and debit cards can expect their refund to be processed by July 8. Those who purchased tickets via cash or check must present their tickets in person at the ArtsQuest Center Box Office, 101 Founders Way, Bethlehem, for a refund.
