Lehigh Valley Crime Stoppers and South Whitehall Township police are seeking help to identify two men who burglarized Ice Cream World, 3512 Hamilton Blvd., South Whitehall, in the early morning hours of June 20.
The men cut the alarm, phone and cable lines before entering and using a crow bar to disable the interior alarm speaker.
They searched the store before discovering a secure door they could not enter.
The men left and returned approximately two hours later with a sledgehammer and crowbar to the secure room.
They stole eight bank bags and cash from a drawer, in excess of an estimated $15,000.
Both men wore balaclava masks and gloves, and appear to be white, middle age men.
One man was wearing a Henley type shirt with a large “G’ on the back tag near the collar, possibly inside out.
No vehicle was associated with this burglary.
