An unknown actor pounded on the front door of Lochs Jewelers, 3370 Lehigh St., 4:15 a.m. June 22 with a sledge- hammer. The door did not break and the actor left when the alarm sounded.
An unknown actor broke a latch off the door of a shed in the 700 block of East Tioga Street 4:44 p.m. June 23. Nothing was removed from the shed.
A 26-year-old male, of Allentown, removed Polo sports cologne from BonTon, 3300 Lehigh St., 5:56 p.m. June 23 without paying for it. The male left the store but police were able to find the actor. A summary citation for retail theft will be issued.
A 14-year-old male, of Emmaus, allegedly removed a watch without paying for it from BonTon, 3300 Lehigh St., 4:36 p.m. June 27. The male was stopped by loss prevention and was transported home. He received a summary citation for retail theft.
A 54-year-old woman, of Schnecksville, was given a summary citation for disorderly conduct after an alleged incident in the 1200 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard 11:53 a.m. June 23.
A 15-year-old girl, of Salisbury, a 16-year-old girl, of Emmaus, and a 15-year-old girl, of Salisbury, received citations for underage drinking following an alleged incident at the corner of Honeysuckle Road and Sour Apple Lane 3:37 a.m. June 24. Police received a report of screaming and loud voices. All girls were taken to the police station and were picked up by their parents.
A 19-year-old man, of Allentown, was charged with robbery, simple assault, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property June 30. He was allegedly involved in the robbery of a Chinese food delivery person May 31. The delivery man went to a home in Salisbury with the food only to be told the resident had not ordered Chinese food. As the delivery person was leaving the home, he was approached by four men, one carrying a gun, demanding money. The delivery man said he had no money so the four men took the food. Salisbury Police Department Detective Kevin Kress was able to trace the call made to the Chinese food establishment to begin the investigation.
A patron prepaid $10 on a gas pump at Shell Quick Stop, 1132 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., 11:08 a.m. June 24 but was on a different pump. While this transaction was being processed, an unknown actor pulled up to the pump which had been prepaid, used the gas and drove away.
An unknown actor removed a six pack of beer from Commix Hotel, 3245 W. Emaus Ave., 2:08 a.m. June 25.
A man left a wallet at Shell Quick Stop, 1132 S. Cedar Crest Blvd. When the man returned to Shell Quick Stop, the wallet was gone and $85 of charges were placed on a credit card.
An unknown actor removed both side mirrors from a 2011 Lincoln MKZ 5:26 p.m. June 26 from Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd.
A license plate was stolen from a vehicle parked at A&H Sporting Goods, 3103 W. Emaus Avenue 9:13 a.m. June 27.
A 32-year-old man, of Allentown and a 31-year-old woman, of Bethlehem, were cited after a traffic stop in the 700 block of Gottwald Drive. The pair were allegedly sleeping in the car and drugs and drug paraphernalia were allegedly found in the car.
Personnel from Victoria’s Secret, 3300 Lehigh St., called police 5:50 p.m. June 29 after recognizing a male who is suspected of recent thefts in the store. After following the male and a female carrying a large tote bag, the male created a disturbance and called mall security.
