An Emmaus business owner has organized a group called Enough is Enough. This group was formed to rally against drug use that has been claiming kids and adults in epidemic proportions.
John Cramsey, owner of Higher Ground Tactical, an indoor shooting range in Emmaus, founded the group and serves as its unofficial leader.
The goal of the group is to make the public aware and to fight the increasing drug usage.
Enough is Enough serves as an outlet where people can talk about their experiences and learn where to get help.
For Cramsey, the mission is a personal one. His daughter, aspiring model Alexandria “Lexii” Cramsey, died in February from one time drug usage.
“Kids are lured into usage. My daughter never used drugs until this one time. It was heroin laced with Fentanyl,” Cramsey said. “These kids are not your usual ‘druggies.’”
Cramsey has contacted state representatives, mayors and other political personnel regarding matters related to the drug plight.
Cramsey, who says he is not comfortable as a public speaker, has spoken before crowds with great passion.
The group is looking to expand so more help can be offered. By adding more members, the group hopes to expand its audience so even more people will hear its message.
