Reported by Kinsley Construction at a work site in the parking lot at 707 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors removed work laptops from a trailer parked on the lot between June 8 and 9. There were no signs of forced entry.

Reported at Dries Do It Center, 3580 Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors burned a hole through a metal door at the rear of the building and, once inside, attempted to open a metal gate 4:10 a.m. June 6. A 33-year-old female, of Barto, was driving her vehicle along Limeport Pike, just north of Beverly Hills Road, Lower Milford Township, 5:15 p.m. June 14, when she was approached quickly by a black sedan, possibly a Suzuki or Subaru, described as low to the ground and having a loud muffler. The woman told police a white male, who she described as in his late 20s to early 30s with black sunglasses on top of his bald head, who was operating the vehicle, held up a hand gun and pointed to it. The female told police she pulled off the road and the man pulled his vehicle directly behind her. He then suddenly fled at a high rate of speed east on Beverly Hills Road. A 37-year-old female, of Wescosville, was charged with harassment after police responded to a residence in the 1300 block of Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, 6:04 a.m. May 13. According to police, the woman struck a 40-year-old male when a verbal argument escalated.

Giuseppe Mannino, 43, of Wescosville, was charged with harassment after he allegedly struck a 30-year-old male, of Macungie, at Italiano Delight restaurant, 1985 Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, 6:02 p.m. June 1.

Dino Carlino, 24 and Vincenzo Carlino, 22, both of Lower Macungie Township, were issued non-traffic citations for harassment after they allegedly were involved in a fight outside their residence. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-02.

Daniel Fitzgerald, 42, of Macungie, was cited for harassment after an alleged fight with a 42-year-old female, of Emmaus, in the 4000 block of Linda Lane, Upper Milford Township, 1:46 p.m. June 5. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-03.

Hannah Lynn Wilkinson, 24, of Reading, was charged with retail theft after she allegedly removed merchandise valued at $326.67 from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:48 p.m. May 13. Wilkinson also allegedly had a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia at the time. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-02.

Richardo Rivera Malave, 31, of Puerto Rico and Luis A. Morales Alvear, 56, of Allentown, were charged with retail theft after they allegedly worked together to remove items from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:38 p.m. May 9. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-02.

Reported at Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, an unknown man removed two Neato vacuums and a 40-inch Samsung Smart television and fled through a rear emergency door at the store 7:20 p.m. May 29. The man is described as a white male in his late 20s to early 30s who was wearing dress clothes at the time.

William Claude Parks, 66, of Macungie, was charged with alleged indecent exposure in an incident in the 2700 block of Sequoia Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 3 p.m. May 23. Charges were filed through District Court 31-2-03.

Reported by a resident in the 1500 block of Cambridge Drive, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors removed a silver and green Performance Raven girls bicycle from the front yard between 6 p.m. June 9 and 10 p.m. June 10. Reported by PPL Electric Utilities in the 5000 block of Palm Road, Lower Milford Township, unknown actors cut through a fence, entered a power station and removed copper wire and buckets between 4 p.m. May 23 and 6 a.m. May 24. Chase David Pearsall, 23, of Emmaus, was taken into custody and charged with allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop on East Main and Chestnut streets, Macungie Borough, 1:26 a.m. May 28. Charges were filed through District Court 31-2-03.

Michael Rutkowski, 55, of Red Hill, was charged with allegedly driving under the influence, driving without a license, driving while suspended, careless driving and other violations after a single vehicle accident on Kings Highway, south of Zionsville Road, Lower Milford Township, 4:59 p.m. May 12. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-03.

Kimberly Ann Muller, 45, of Emmaus, was arrested on suspicion of allegedly driving under the influence after a vehicle stop for multiple traffic violations on Spring Creek Road at Red Oak Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 11:52 p.m. May 27.

Ann Perkowska, 27, of Breinigsville, was taken into custody and charged with allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop on Hamilton Boulevard at Shepherd Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 12:07 a.m. May 6. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-02.
