Christopher F. Warmkessel, 26, of Emmaus was arrested and charged with simple assault and harassment after an alleged incident in the 500 block of Harrison Street June 4. Charges were filed through District Court 31-2-03.

Austin L. Hess, 23, of Emmaus, was arrested and charged with simple assault and harassment after an alleged incident in the 300 block of Minor Street May 29. Charges were filed through District Court 31-2-03.

Fred Shipman, 66, of Allentown, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after an incident in the 400 block of North Third Street May 21.

Police responded to Emmaus High School for two male high school students fighting May 19. Both were referred to the Impact Project.

A male at Emmaus High School was referred to a 30-day program following an incident involving possession of drug paraphernalia May 12.

Kimalie D. Nembhard, 31, of Allentown, was arrested and charged with allegedly carrying a firearm without a license after a traffic stop in the 600 block of State Road May 28. Charges were filed through District Court 31-2-03. Nembhard’s vehicle was impounded following the traffic stop, according to police.
