Lower Macungie Library’s first jigsaw puzzle tournament will take place 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 25. The event is recommended for anyone in second grade and up, including adults.

Teams of two to four (or families up to six) compete to finish a puzzle in the fastest time. Individuals without teams can register and be paired with others in their age category.

Food and drinks will be provided. There is no entrance fee and prizes will be given for each age division.

Participants must register before June 22.

STAHL’S

The 29th annual Stahl’s Pottery Summer Pottery Festival will take place 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 18. The event, located at 6826 Corning Road, Zionsville, is sponsored by Stahl’s Pottery Preservation Society. Event is held. rain or shine. There is a fee for admission.

Festival activities include pottery demonstrations, an exhibit of Stahl’s Pottery and modern day potters displaying and selling handcrafted creations. Baked goods and pottery memorabilia will also be available for purchase.

All funds raised at the event help to continue the preservation and interpretation of the site.
