Richard Dinarte, 26, of Mt. Pocono, was charged with possession of a controlled substance after an incident at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., 2:12 p.m. May 6.

A 15-year-old female, of Allentown, was charged with a summary citation for retail theft after allegedly attempting to remove a Calvin Klein sports bra valued at $28 from Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St., 5:45 p.m. May 7. The 15-year-old female was released to her mother.

Anthony Acevedo, 25, of Quakertown, was charged with a summary citation for public drunkenness after being found unconscious along Tweed Avenue and Lehigh Avenue 10:25 p.m. May 7.

Dylan Freedman, 23, no known address, was charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and defiant trespass 11:18 a.m. May 5. Freedman was allegedly living in Waldheim Park without authorization and removed a number of items from the cottage when told he must leave. Items removed included 30 boxes of flooring valued at $1,300, a black road bike valued at $500, a mini-fridge valued at $75 and two car seats valued at $75 each. All items were returned with the exception of the flooring.

A shopper at Ross Dress for Less, 3300 Lehigh St., left an iPhone 5s on a shelf 4:41 p.m. May 8 and when she returned for it, it was gone.

Rachel Ziegenfuss, 25, of Emmaus, was apprehended following a traffic stop for an expired inspection at 3141 Lehigh St., 1:15 p.m. May 9. Police determined there were two open warrants from Texas and Ziegenfuss was transferred to Lehigh County prison. Texas officials are coming to pick up Ziegenfuss.

Police received a call from a woman at the South Mall, 3300 Lehigh St. 4:30 p.m. May 9 after she determined her cell phone and debit card were missing from her vehicle. The woman spilled her purse inside of the vehicle, went shopping and returned to find those items missing.

A resident in the 400 block of East Paoli Street reported 10:32 p.m. May 10 broken glass on the front door of a neighbor’s home.

A resident in the 400 block of East Emmaus Avenue reported 7:37 p.m. May 11 an unknown actor threw a rock through a window of the home.
