Congratulations to Joey Matla, a Moore Elementary School student, and Giovanni Poloni, a Good Shepherd Catholic School student, for being among the statewide top 10 entries in the Pennsylvania Dental Association’s (PDA) 2016 National Children’s Dental Health Month statewide poster contest.

The winning posters were selected from nearly 143 entries submitted to the PDA central office for judging. The contest was open to third-grade students in any Pennsylvania public, private or charter school. More than 1,500 schools were contacted for participation.

George Wolf Elementary School’s spring vocal concert will be performed 7 p.m. May 12.

The high school band concert is scheduled for 7 p.m. May 13.

Moore Elementary PTA book fair is scheduled for May 13-20.

The elementary orchestra concert for all elementary students will be held in the Northampton Area High School auditorium 7 p.m. May 17 and 18.

The elementary band recital by Moore Elementary School students will be performed 7 p.m. May 20.
