Jason Seth Enelow, 32, of Ivyland, Bucks County, was taken into custody and charged with allegedly driving under the influence of a controlled substance after a traffic stop along Interstate 78 East at Cedar Crest Boulevard, Salisbury Township, 1:18 p.m. April 6. Charges were filed through District Court 31-1-08.
