Adam Tyler Bartz, 21, of Lower Macungie Township, was charged with allegedly making terroristic threats and possession of drug paraphernalia after an argument escalated at a residence in the 900 block of South Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 10:20 p.m. March 18. According to police, Bartz threatened to burn down the residence and injure three cats at the residence. Police said drug paraphernalia allegedly was found in plain view in Bartz’s vehicle at the scene. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-02.
Reported by a Lower Macungie Township resident in the 5000 block of Bridle Path Drive, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors removed a Springfield XD9 handgun sometime between Oct. 1, 2015 and April 9.
Nicholas Sinclair Gunderson, 21, of Macungie, was charged with drug possession after he allegedly had marijuana, unprescribed medication and drug paraphernalia at a traffic stop on Willow Lane at Sequoia Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 2:05 a.m. April 7. Charges were filed through District Court 31-2-03.
Jessica Lauren Hook, 20, of Mertztown, was charged with alleged drug possession after police investigated a traffic accident on Limeport Pike near Spinnerstown Road, Lower Milford Township, 4:21 p.m. April 14. According to police, a small amount of marijuana was found in the vehicle at the scene. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-03.
A 15-year-old female, of Macungie, was charged with drug possession after police stopped a vehicle on Chestnut Street at Allen Street, Upper Milford Township, 11:49 p.m. April 23. According to police, the teen was a passenger in the vehicle at the time and was found to have a small amount of marijuana with her. Charges were filed through juvenile probation.
A 15-year-old male was charged with drug possession after police stopped a vehicle in which he was a passenger along Minesite Road at Hidden Valley Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:40 a.m. April 13. According to police, the teen had a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at the time of the stop.
Reported by a 54-year-old woman, of Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors threw a glass bottle at her vehicle as she passed them on Mountain Road in the area of Gehman Road, Lower Macungie Township, 6:50 p.m. April 18. The impact shattered the vehicle windshield. The woman was not injured in the incident.
Benjamin Gehman, 25, of Upper Milford Township, was charged with allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop at the intersection of Main Road East and Acorn Drive, Upper Milford Township, 1:40 a.m. April 2. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-03.
Tahreek Raheem Morgan, 18, of Allentown, was taken into custody and charged with allegedly driving under the influence after police responded to a car accident on Hamilton Boulevard south of South Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:20 a.m. April 9. According to police, Morgan was northbound on Hamilton Boulevard and swerved into the southbound lane, off the road and struck a pole. No injuries were reported. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-02.
A 21-year-old male, of Lower Macungie Township, was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and drug possession after a traffic stop in the 3200 block of State Route 100, Lower Macungie Township, 10:32 p.m. April 21. According to police, marijuana and other drug paraphernalia were recovered from the vehicle. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-02.
Evelyn Reavil, 26, of Upper Milford Township, was charged with criminal mischief after she allegedly threw rocks at a van, breaking the windshield, in the 5500 block of Walnut Lane, Upper Milford Township, 6:35 p.m. April 18. A citation was filed through District Court 31-3-03.
Reported by a resident in the 900 block of Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors damaged siding.
Reported in the 5700 block of German Road, Upper Milford Township, unknown actors drove a vehicle onto property and almost got stuck in the mud and leaves before fleeing in an unknown direction between 11:50 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. March 30.
Reported by an owner of a truck, along Wisteria Road, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors poured a plaster powder mix into the gas tank of the truck April 5.
Reported by an 82- year-old male, of Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors called to tell the man his grandson was involved in a crash and sent to jail overnight March 29. The man sent a large amount of money to cover the grandson’s bail. The Lower Macungie Township man later learned his grandson was not involved in a crash and was not in jail. The investigation continues.
Reported by a resident in the 1000 block of Willow Lane, Lower Macungie Township, an unnamed suspect took a Tapco aluminum brake and its associated parts, valued at $1,950, between 10 a.m. March 25 and 9 a.m. March 26.
A 17-year-old male, of Macungie, removed an Apple iPhone smartphone valued at $165 from an 11-year-old male, of Macungie, at Farmington Hills Park, 2300 Goldenrod Drive, Lower Macungie Township 6:59 p.m. March 31.
Reported at a Target store construction site, Route 222 and Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors removed a job site box containing various tools between 3 p.m. April 2 and 6:45 a.m. April 4. Reported at a residence in the 2700 block of Brunner Road, Upper Milford Township, an unknown actor removed jewelry between March 25 and April 17. The investigation continues.
Reported by a resident in the 6400 block of Trafalgar Drive, Lower Macungie Towship, unknown actors removed one case of SmartWater from the open garage between 7 and 10 p.m. April 20.
Reported by a female youth at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown male picked up the girl’s wallet but did not return it to her after she dropped it at an entrance to the store 9:08 p.m. April 22. The wallet was not returned to store personnel.
State police responded to false alarms July 1, July 25 and Aug. 10, 2015 and March 15 at Big Lots, 7150 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, resulting in charges of control of alarm devices and automatic dialing devices.
State police responded to four false security alarms in a 12-month period at Game Stop, 1042 Mill Creek Road, Suite 33, Lower Macungie Township, including the fourth alarm response March 21.
State police responded to four false security alarms in a 12-month period to Texas Roadhouse restaurant, 6268 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, including the fourth alarm response 1:27 a.m. March 15. Charges of control of alarm devices and automatic dialing services were filed through District Court 31-3-02.
State police responded to four false security alarms in a 12-month period to Life Church, 1609 Trexlertown Road, Lower Macungie Township, including the fourth alarm response 1:10 a.m. Feb. 20.
Douglas Allen Keinert, 50, of Allentown and Anthony David Hall, 43, of Allentown were both charged with harassment after Keinert allegedly confronted Hall regarding a traffic incident in the 1100 block of Eagle Street, Lower Macungie Township, April 15. The confrontation allegedly escalated into a physical altercation. Charges were filed in District Court 31-3-02.
Brian John Exton, 50, of Lower Macungie Township and a 17-year-old male, also of Lower Macungie Township, are charged with harassment after an argument over Wi-Fi usage escalated into a physical altercation April 13 in the 6600 block of Hauser Road, Lower Macungie Township. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-02.
Althea Itisha Robinson, 37, of Lower Macungie Township, was charged with harassment after she allegedly slapped a man, argued with a woman and pulled the woman’s hair at a residence in the 1300 block of Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, 8:31 p.m. April 22. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-02.
Reported by several residents in the 5400 to 5900 blocks of Princeton Drive, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors rummaged through several vehicles overnight April 8. Nothing was taken from the vehicles.
Reported by a 47-year-old male in the 4700 block of Fresh Meadow Drive, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors entered his vehicle and rummaged through the center console overnight April 8. Nothing was taken.

Reported by a 54-year-old male, of Macungie, an unknown actor used the resident’s personal information to buy a television valued at $110, a $200 gift card and two additional gift cards about 7 p.m. April 11 at a Kohl’s department store in North Hills, Montgomery County.
Reported by a resident along Princeton Drive, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors entered a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder sport utility vehicle, found a set of keys in the vehicle and took the vehicle overnight April 8. The investigation continues.
