Jose Ortiz, 56 and Juan Ortiz, 49, both of Bethlehem, were taken into custody after a traffic stop for alleged multiple traffic violations on Interstate 78 at Lehigh Street, Salisbury Township, 12:10 a.m. April 10. According to police, Jose Ortiz allegedly provided false information about his identity to police at the time. Police found both men had active warrants. Charges were filed against Jose Ortiz through District Court 31-1-08.
