Brooke Haley Grube, 22, of Allentown, was charged with retail theft after she allegedly removed merchandise from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, March 25. According to police, Grube allegedly concealed merchandise and did not pay for the items. Grube was transported to Lehigh County Booking Center for processing and charges were filed through District Court 31-3-02.
An actor entered Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township and removed a blender from a shelf and attempted to return it twice March 16. The actor then exited the store with the blender. Store personnel identified the actor as a repeat offender at the store.
A female juvenile faces charges of retail theft after store personnel detained her at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, March 21. The juvenile was released to her parents and charges will be forwarded to Lehigh County Juvenile Probation.
Jamie Lynn Stamm, 39, of Upper Macungie Township, was arrested and cited for summary retail theft after she allegedly attempted to remove $25.22 worth of merchandise from Giant food store, 7150 Hamilton Blvd., 1:40 p.m. March 28. Charges were filed through District Justice 31-3-02.
Reported at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, two unknown actors removed 22 cans of baby formula from store shelves and left the store without paying for the items 3 p.m. March 25. Store personnel provided police with video surveillance footage of the vehicle used to leave the scene.
Reported at Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, a white male purchased merchandise in the store using a fake “Kohls Cash” app on his phone 1:43 p.m. March 28.
A 27-year-old female, of Allentown, is suspected of removing several items of children’s clothing, household cleaning supplies and children’s toys valued at $221.91 from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:40 p.m. April 2.
A female from Emmaus was issued a non-traffic citation for retail theft after she failed to ring up five items valued at $67.81 while using a self-check register in Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 6 p.m. April 9. The woman was taken to Lehigh County Central Booking Center where she was processed and released.
Jody Ann Widrig, 45, of Bethlehem, was charged with retail theft after she allegedly was involved in an incident at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 7:30 p.m. April 4. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-02.
Lisa Ann Worman, 50, of Allentown, is charged with terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment after she allegedly threatened to kill someone while holding a knife in the 1200 block of Country Club Road, Lower Macungie Township, 8:52 a.m. March 30. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-02.
Joel Raymond Fenstermaker, 43, of Macungie, was charged with allegedly resisting arrest and other law enforcement, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after police responded to reports of a disturbance in the 7000 block of Hunt Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 8:15 p.m. March 25. Fenstermaker allegedly was intoxicated at the scene. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-02.
Reported by two residents in the 5400 block of Prophets Way, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors attempted to enter vehicles around 3 a.m. March 28. Both vehicles were locked and nothing was taken.
