Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network hosts the inaugural Conrad W. Raker Symposium, “Taking Spinal Cord Injury Patients Beyond Limits,” April 8-10, Cedar Crest College, Allentown.
Clinicians, physicians, nurses, physical therapists, recreational therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and social workers are invited to attend.
The symposium features nationally-recognized experts who will share the latest advances in spinal cord injury rehabilitation. Industry speakers include Mary Massery, PT, DPT, DSc, George Fulk, PT, PhD, Rafferty Laredo, OTR, MA, Kristin Gustafson, DO, and Mitchell S. Tepper, PhD, MPH. Good Shepherd’s Frank Hyland, PT, MS, Susan Golden, PT, NCS and Sandeep Singh, MD, also will present.
Sessions cover topics related to spinal cord injury, including spasticity management, neuropathic pain, respiratory care, bowel-bladder problems, mobility, locomotion and sexuality.
