Lehigh Carbon Community College and the American Health and Safety Institute are offering First-Aid classes for adults and children, as well as in specialty cases, at its main campus, Schnecksville, North Whitehall Township. These include:

Basic First Aid, 6-9 p.m. May 18: Learn how to properly apply first aid to save lives, recognize the signs and symptoms of injuries and sudden illness and deal with bleeding, shock, burns, fractures and more.
