The more the merrier! A spring clean-up day is set for 8:30 a.m. April 9 at Heidelberg Union Church.

In addition to a rake and shovel, bring your family and a friend or two, to help tidy up the church grounds.

On April 17, the Miller-Keystone Bloodmobile van will be ready and waiting to accept donations in the parking lot at Heidelberg Union Church 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

Fun and faith! Heidelberg Church’s Women of Faith Group will get together 7 p.m. on April 11 to finish up preparations for the upcoming “Mother’s Day Tea Party” which will be held in fellowship hall noon April 30.

Card shower! Happy 90th birthday wishes to Mary Knerr of New Tripoli, who recently celebrated her very special day on April 3.

Many Northwestern Lehigh High School graduates and employees may remember Mrs. Knerr as a wonderful, kind and wise home economics and science teacher of many years.
