Christ’s Church at Lowill, UCC, 4695 Lowhill Church Road, New Tripoli, will be hosting a penny party April 15 in the church social hall.

Doors open at 6 p.m. There will be a wide variety of items to bid on starting at 7 p.m.

Bring pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters or exchange bills for pennies at the door.

Refreshments will be available.

The Lehigh Valley Zoo, 5150 Game Preserve Road, Schnecksville, will be hosting a Wild Beginnings toddler program for kids ages 18 months to 3 years from 9:30-11 a.m. April 4.

This program encourages parents to explore nature with their children.

Through interactive activities and nature play, children will be exposed to toddler developmental milestones.

Participants will meet ambassador animals, reflect in nature and be inspired to create nature play in their own backyard.

Pre-registration is required. One adult admitted free with each paying child.
