The Salisbury Township Police Department will work with the Allentown Police Department in a joint aggressive driving traffic safety detail during the evening rush hour March 31. The detail will take place in the area of South Pike Avenue at South Fourth Street. The primary objective for this detail will focus on aggressive and unsafe drivers who are speeding, illegally passing, illegally turning, running red lights and tailgating other vehicles. Officers will also remove uninsured vehicles from the roadway. The detail is sponsored by PennDOT’s Aggressive Driving grant.
