SALISBURY POLICE
Brian Stano, 45, of Lehighton, an employee of Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property Jan. 7. Stano allegedly removed an Xbox gaming system and several miscellaneous toys from a storage area within the hospital. The Xbox was valued at $500.
A resident in the 1100 block of Delaware Avenue reported 3 p.m. March 4, an unknown actor went through two vehicles; nothing was removed.
A resident in the 1100 block of Maumee Avenue reported 5:42 p.m. March 4, an unknown actor went through a vehicle on the property; nothing was removed and there was no damage to the vehicle.
A resident in the 600 block of East Emmaus Avenue reported 11:15 a.m. March 4, an unknown actor went through a locked vehicle on the property; nothing was removed.
A resident in the 1200 block of South Halstead Street reported 9 a.m. March 9, an unknown actor went through an unlocked vehicle on the property. There was no damage and nothing was removed.
A resident in the 700 block of East Juniata Street reported 7:58 a.m. March 12, an unknown actor went through an unlocked vehicle on the property. There was no damage and nothing was removed.
A resident in the 900 block of East Tioga Street reported 8:04 a.m. March 12, an unknown actor went through a vehicle on the property and removed $60 of work items and $5 cash. There was no damage to the vehicle.
A resident of Sheffield Square Apartments, 1709 S. Albert St., reported 9:32 p.m. March 9 an unknown actor entered the apartment through an open bedroom window and removed an HP laptop and miscellaneous jewelry. The total loss is approximately $620.
The owner of a home in the 2200 block of Honeysuckle Road reported 6:12 p.m. March 13 a ground floor window of a home was smashed and unknown actors entered the home through a basement window. A purse was gone through before an alarm sounded. Nothing appeared to be taken. Three Hispanic males were seen in the area.
The owner of a home in the 2200 block of Honeysuckle Road reported 1:44 p.m. March 14, an unknown actor forced the front door of the property open and ransacked the home.
A resident in the 1800 block of Susquehanna Street reported 7:15 p.m. March 16 an unknown actor smashed the rear window of a 2013 Hyundai Elantra.
A resident in the 800 block of Glenwood Street reported 7:14 p.m. March 17 an unknown actor broke the nozzle of a garden hose. The water department told the resident she was using a large amount of water and billed accordingly.
A silver 2005 Hyundai was reported stolen from a home in the 2200 block of Honeysuckle Road 2:30 p.m. March 5.
An elderly couple mistakenly backed their car into a home in the 3000 block of Cedar Lane 11:33 a.m. March 10. There were no injuries. The property and vehicle were damaged.
A 16-year-old female, of Allentown and Griselda Bergos, 34, of Allentown, were charged with retail theft after allegedly removing items without paying for them from Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St. 4:18 p.m. March 12. The juvenile allegedly removed items valued at $479 and Bergos allegedly removed a bracelet valued at $38. Both were taken to Central Booking for processing.
Justin Duarte, 21, of Allentown, allegedly removed a pack of T-shirts from Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St., without paying for the item. The shirts were valued at $38. Duarte was taken to Central Booking for processing.
