Over the past week the Emmaus Police Department has responded to two “distraction” type burglaries. In the burglaries victims were distracted by a suspect or suspects while their residences were ransacked and valuables taken. Anyone with information about these or similar incidents may contact the Emmaus Police Department at 610-437-5252. Also contact police if there is any question as to the identity of individuals at your door or approaching your neighbors residences. Please be watchful regarding your elderly neighbors.
