Sgt. Kevin Soberick, Sgt. Donald Sabo Jr. and Chief Allen W. Stiles travel to the state capital March 1 to receive a department award for the use of Narcan to save lives in Salisbury Township. The department was the first in Lehigh County to administer the drug. Over 600 lives have been saved by police officers in Pennsylvania since last year.
