Due to decreasing volunteers and monetary donations, Emmaus High School is in jeopardy of losing the Afterball which has been held after the prom for 34 years.

In an effort to prevent this, a purse bingo will be held 1:30 p.m. April 16 in the Emmaus High School cafeteria, 500 Macungie Ave., Emmaus, to raise the necessary funds to allow the event to continue. Doors open 12:30 p.m. Advanced tickets are discounted. Prizes include Kate Spade, Coach, Vera Bradley and Thirty One bags. Seating is limited.
