The Woman’s Club of Whitehall has named Alexandra Dorner Girl of the Month for January.

The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Dorner of Whitehall, she has earned honor roll and high honor roll throughout high school.

Dorner is a member of Model UN, Key Club (vice president), Outdoors Club, Zephyr Nation and Student Council.

She has participated in Math League and Envirothon.

Dorner is a member of the cross country, swim, and track and field teams at Whitehall High School.

She is a member of National Honor Society (treasurer), Mu Alpha Theta, Science National Honor Society and Spanish National Honor Society.

She has had perfect school attendance for several years.

Dorner is also a volunteer for Special Olympics and Big Brothers/Big Sisters. She is a swim coach and a lifeguard.

After graduation, she plans to attend college for pre-medicine.
