State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Adam Brennan of Gladwin, Mich., reported a 7-foot by 12-foot flatbed trailer and yellow 2001 Honda 400EX ATV was stolen sometime between noon Jan. 14 and 1 p.m. on Jan. 22 from the KOA campground, 6750 KOA Drive, Lot 70, Lowhill Township.

The ATV was on the trailer, parked at the campground, police say.

Police say the total value of the items is approximately $3,500.

State Police Troop M Fogelsville say troopers responded 7:29 a.m. on Jan. 25 for a report of a house fire at 6719 Madison St., Lynn Township.

Through the course of the fire investigation, police discovered William Joseph Riegel, 32, was allegedly manufacturing methamphetamine.

Police say when Riegel was taken into custody, he allegedly had oxycodone.

Riegel was charged with manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drugs.

He was transported to Lehigh County Central Booking for processing and arraignment.

The state police Clandestine Laboratory Response Team assisted during the course of this investigation.
