The clothing closet at Ebenezer UCC, New Tripoli, will be open from 6-8 p.m. Jan. 14 and 10 a.m.-noon Jan. 16.

Everyone is invited to take clothing they may need. Proof of need is not required.

Jacob’s Church, 8373 Kings Highway, Jacksonville, is hosting a wing night Feb. 6. The wings are also available for take-out. They are also selling Pa. German fastnachts that same day. Preorder fastnachts by calling Ruth Kaley at 610-562-7406 or Faye Billig at 610-298-227 before Feb. 5.

Plain or brown sugar and cinnamon in amounts of one dozen doughnuts or doughnut holes, two dozen doughnut holes, or a half-dozen doughnuts are available. Pick up wings and fastnachts 2-3 p.m. on Feb. 6.

The Senior High Youth Group at New Life Lutheran Church, 6804 Weiss Road, New Tripoli, will host an all-day breakfast with fun family activities 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Jan. 23 with the free movie “The War Room” shown at 7 p.m. There will be bingo with prizes at 8 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Breakfast is for a free-will offering to support the youth group’s upcoming retreat to Virginia Beach.
