St. Luke’s University Health Network has an agreement with CVS Health to allow clinical collaboration with CVS-pharmacy and MinuteClinic, the retail clinic inside many CVS-pharmacy locations.

CVS-pharmacy and MinuteClinic will provide St. Luke’s with prescription and visit information through secured integration of electronic health records with the patient’s consent.

“Prescription management can be a challenge for many patients, especially those with chronic diseases and who may be prescribed multiple medications,” said Jeffrey A. Jahre, MD, Senior Vice President for Medical Affairs, St. Luke’s University Heath Network.
