State Police at Fogelsville are investigating burglaries at two stores in Lower Macungie Township in which thieves took cash, cigarettes and surveillance equipment.

According to police, unknown actors pried open a drive-thru window at a Dunkin’ Donuts location to enter the store and then smashed the window at the nearby store Beverage and Smoke between 12:30 and 4 a.m. Nov. 22. The businesses share the address of 6366 Hamilton Blvd.

The actors took cash, cigarettes, surveillance equipment and computer server equipment, according to police.
