State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Rebekah Jean Wamsley of Bethlehem was arrested 1:01 a.m. Oct. 31 for allegedly driving under the influence after troopers observed an equipment violation on Route 309 at Springhouse Road, Lynn Township.

Charges were filed with District Judge Rod Beck, Slatington.

A 18-year-old Kutztown woman reported $300 was stolen sometime between Oct. 31 and Dec. 10 from her night stand in the 1700 block of Siegfriedale Road, Weisenberg Township, say State Police Troop M Fogelsville.

Police say approximately a month and a half passed before she was aware the money was missing.

State Police Troop M Fogelsville say a 86-year-old man and 44-year-old man reported a vehicle was driven onto their property at 7130 Old Orchard Road, Lynn Township and six cinder blocks were stolen Dec. 6.

The property was damaged from the vehicle entering and exiting, police say.
