A resident in the 2200 block of Lehigh Parkway reported 11 a.m. Nov. 24 receiving letters from credit card companies regarding accounts opened at Home Depot and Walmart. All accounts were opened in New York and the resident’s social security number was used. Total charges are $4,134.

Police were called to the 2900 block of Beacon Road 3:47 p.m. Nov. 29 for hunters trespassing on property. Police determined the state ruled the piece of property can be used as an access road.

Theodore Graner, 72, of Bethlehem, was cited for harassment following a neighbor dispute in the 1600 block of Cardinal Drive 12:27 p.m. Dec. 7.

A resident at the Lehigh County Work Release Prison, 1600 Riverside Dr., reported 4:25 p.m. Dec. 1 the theft of a cellphone from outside the building.

Personnel from Fix Mobile, 3300 Lehigh St., reported 3:40 p.m. Dec. 1 the theft of an iPhone6 screen valued at $90. Police are investigating.

A resident in the 700 block of East Federal Street reported 3:30 p.m. Dec. 2 the theft of an inflatable dog Christmas decoration valued at $30.

A resident in the 700 block of East Paoli Street reported 8:25 a.m. Dec. 2 the theft of an inflatable snowman Christmas decoration valued at $75.

A customer shopping at Foot Locker, 3300 Lehigh St., reported 7:53 pm. Dec. 4 leaving a BonTon bag at the store and returning to find it stolen.

A Christmas inflatable Santa on a sleigh filled with presents pulled by reindeer was reported stolen in the 2000 block of Cypress Avenue 9 p.m. Dec. 5.

An inflatable snowman was reported stolen from a home in the 2200 block of South Dauphin St., 7:55 p.m. Dec. 5.

A Galaxy cellphone was reported stolen from the office of Vinart Body Shop, 3115 Berger St., Allentown, 11 a.m. Dec. 7. Police are investigating.

An inflatable seven foot tall brown teddy bear holding a gift with a red bow was reported stolen from a home in the 800 block of East Wayne Avenue 10:35 p.m. Dec. 8.

An inflatable Minion was reported stolen from a home in the 1300 block of East Emmaus Avenue 9:15 a.m. Dec. 8.

An inflatable Santa coming out of a chimney with a “Happy Holidays” message was reported stolen from a home in the 1400 block of South Gilmore Street 9:10 a.m. Dec. 9.

A laser light display on a lawn in the 800 block of East Federal Street was reported stolen 9 a.m. Dec. 9.

Thomas Gebhardt, 36, no known address, was charged with four counts of receiving stolen property following the investigation of Christmas inflatables thefts in Salisbury. Police say additional charges are pending.

Jose Diaz-Vazquez, 30, of Bethlehem, was charged with receiving stolen property 8:46 p.m. Dec. 10 following a traffic stop in the 1000 block of East Susquehanna Street. Diaz-Vazquez was allegedly carrying a firearm without a license, had drug paraphernalia and was driving under a suspended license. The gun was allegedly reported stolen in a recent burglary; state police were contacted to pick up the gun. Diaz-Vazquez was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Dillon Bartholomew, 18, of Salisbury, was charged with allegedly trespassing at the PP&L Substation, 732 E. Emmaus Ave., 5:35 p.m. Dec. 1.

Individuals on four- wheelers were reported along Constitution Drive 2:32 p.m. Dec. 5. Police are investigating.

Eastern Salisbury Fire Department personnel reported property damage 9:01 a.m. Dec. 1 after discovering turf damage created by a large tractor trailer.

Craig Heidecker, 26, of Allentown, was charged with simple assault, criminal mischief, harassment and disorderly conduct following an incident at Eastern Salisbury Social Hall, 1226 Marlow St., 3:16 a.m. Dec. 6. The victim went to St. Luke’s University Health Network and had a concussion and stitches following the incident.

A resident in the 2900 block of Werleys Lane reported 4:09 p.m. Dec. 3 hunters near the property. Poiice were unable to locate the hunters.

Hunters were reported in the vicinity of 1600 Riverside Drive 3:30 p.m. Dec. 8. No hunters were found.

A representative of Le Spa, 3145 Lehigh St., reported 12:19 a.m. Dec. 4 an unknown actor forcibly opened the front door of the salon and bent a drawer in a desk. Nothing was removed from the property as the burglar alarm sounded.

A resident in the 1600 block of Broadway reported 8:30 a.m. Dec. 4 unknown actors removed a black iPhone 4s, two iPods and a wallet containing a social security card and driver’s license from a vehicle parked on the property.There was no forced entry. The signal from the cell phone was pinging by Montgomery Street and Emmaus Avenue. This is currently under investigation by Salisbury police.

A resident in Meadowbrook Circle reported 2:30 p.m. Dec. 5 two men were going door-to-door from competing power companies. Police told the men to leave as they did not have a permit to solicit.

Jeremy Boyer, 30, of Kempton, was given a summary citation for retail theft after allegedly removing a Kenneth Cole watch and Under Armor boxers valued at $63 from BonTon, 3300 Lehigh St., Allentown. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Daiho Guerra, 27, of Allentown, was charged with retail theft after allegedly attempting to remove a Polo jacket valued at $345 from BonTon, 3300 Lehigh St. Allentown 1:44 p.m. Dec. 7. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.
