The Woman’s Club of Whitehall has named Celine Asmar its Girl of the Month for November.

The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Marwan Asmar of Whitehall, she has been named to the high honor roll.

Asmar is a member of Leo Club, Zephyr Nation, Model UN, Spanish Club and SERVE Club.

She is a member of the girls’ tennis team.

Asmar is a member of National Honor Society, Science National Honor Society and Mu Alpha Theta. She is a gifted student and received the 2013 Perfect Attendance Award.

She was involved in Big Brothers/Big Sisters for three years.

Asmar was accepted into Lehigh University’s High School Scholars Program and is currently taking the Introduction to Psychology course there.

She plans to attend Columbia University or St. John’s University to major in risk management.
