Diane Fetzer was appointed The Greater Lehigh Valley Realtors Director of Professional Development, effective Nov. 18.

In her role, she’s responsible for the educational training and professional development needs of the GLVR membership, as well as the Professional Standards process.

“I believe Diane’s extensive background with prominent membership associations and the human resource skill sets she has honed at her previous positions will be key assets for both our membership and our organization as a whole,” said Justin Porembo, CEO of GLVR.

Fetzer, with about 20 years of association experience, joins GLVR from the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors (ANJC0, a statewide association where she was Assistant Executive Director.

While at ANJC, she led the day-to-day operations, including educational programming and events, membership recruiting and retention, website development, marketing, and development of volunteer boards.

Prior to her tenure at ANJC, she spent 15 years with Financial Executives International (FEI), a national association for senior-level financial executives, in a variety roles, including career services, programming-events, membership and human resources. She was also a Human Resources Recruiter for Sovereign-Santander Bank in Bethlehem for several years.

Fetzer is a graduate of The College of Saint Elizabeth, Morristown, N.J.

She resides in Lower Saucon Township, with her husband, Ken.
