A son of a Salisbury resident in the 2700 block of Andrea Drive reported 1 p.m. Nov. 19 an unknown actor opened a business loan in the resident’s name for $13,887.50. Police are investigating.
Checks were reported stolen from a resident at DevonHouse Senior Living, 1930 Bevin Dr., 1 p.m. Nov. 24. This incident is currently under investigation.
Krystal Stanley, 29, of East Earl, allegedly removed $51.96 of merchandise from the pharmacy at Lehigh Valley Health Network, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., 9:30 a.m. Nov. 19. Stanley was given a summary citation for retail theft.
Joseph Pooler, 39, of East Stroudsburg, was charged with retail theft following an incident at BonTon, 3300 Lehigh St. 6:15 p.m. Nov. 29. Pooler allegedly concealed merchandise valued at $335 and walked out of the store without purchasing the items. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.
A resident in the 1500 block of Church Road reported 9:05 a.m. Nov. 21 an unknown actor damaged a garage door. The damage was estimated at $1,100.
A resident in the 1200 block of Salisbury Road reported 2:20 p.m. Nov. 23 an unknown actor keyed both sides of a vehicle at the home causing $1,000 of damage.
Following a basketball practice at Salisbury High School, 500 E. Montgomery St., 1 p.m. Nov. 25, a driver reported a flat tire which had several punctures in it. Police are investigating.
A resident in the 1800 block of Church Road reported 1:53 p.m. Nov. 27 an unknown actor shot a BB gun at the home. The outside window panes of glass were penetrated.
A resident in the 700 block of East Lexington Street reported 10:02 a.m. Nov. 23 an unknown actor attempted to break into the home.
Personnel from WFMZ, 300 E. Rock Road, reported hearing shots fired 8:07 a.m. Nov. 30.
A resident in the 2400 block of West Rock Road reported 9:05 a.m. Nov. 22 a sick fox in the vicinity of the home. Pocono Wildlife arrived but the fox fled into the woods.
Personnel from Boots and Saddles Riding Club, 2850 Fish Hatchery Road, reported 7:11 p.m. Nov. 25 an unknown actor poached a deer, gutted it and left it on the property. After investigation, police determined the deer died of natural causes and was consumed by wildlife.
A resident in the 800 block of East Lexington Street reported 1:20 p.m. Nov. 25 an unknown actor entered a vehicle and removed a Dell laptop, gloves and glass.
Peter Balodis, 45, of Allentown, was charged with driving under the influence and driving an unregistered vehicle at mile marker 58 on Interstate 78 following a traffic stop 3:40 a.m. Nov. 22. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Luke Hoffman, 23, of Salisbury, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence and driving at an unsafe speed 1:42 a.m. Nov. 26 following an accident in the 700 block of East Rock Road. Hoffman’s vehicle struck a pole and Hoffman was transported to St. Luke’s University Health Network for injuries sustained.
Scott Rawhouser, 29, of Allentown was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence following a traffic stop in the 3300 block of Berger Street 12:44 a.m. Nov. 26. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Meleia Armour, 39, of Media, was charged with defiant trespass 8:41 p.m. Nov. 23 at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd. After being discharged, Armour allegedly refused to leave the hospital and refused to speak to anyone. Armour was taken to Central Booking for processing.
A resident in the 2200 block of Lehigh Parkway reported 11 a.m. Nov. 24 receiving letters from credit card companies regarding accounts opened at Home DePot and Walmart. All accounts were opened in New York and the resident’s social security number was used. Total charges are $4,134.
Police were called to the 2900 block of Beacon Road 3:47 p.m. Nov. 29 for hunters trespassing on property. Police determined the state ruled the piece of property can be used as an access road.
A resident at the Lehigh County Work Release Prison, 1600 Riverside Dr., reported 4:25 p.m. Dec. 1 the theft of a cell phone from outside the building.
Personnel from Fix Mobile, 3300 Lehigh St., reported 3:40 p.m. Dec. 1 the theft of a iPhone6 screen valued at $90. Police are investigating.
A resident in the 700 block of East Federal Street reported 3:30 p.m. Dec. 2 the theft of an inflatable dog Christmas decoration valued at $30.
A resident in the 700 block of East Paoli Street reported 8:25 a.m. Dec. 2 the theft of an inflatable snowman Christmas decoration valued at $75.
Dillon Bartholomew, 18, of Salisbury, was charged with allegedly trespassing at the PP&L Substation, 732 E. Emmaus Ave., 5:35 p.m. Dec. 1.
Eastern Salisbury Fire Department personnel reported property damage 9:01 a.m. Dec. 1 after discovering turf damage created by a large tractor trailer.
Salisbury police responded to 22 alarm calls Nov. 19 through Dec. 3.
