Reported at Giant Food Stores, 7150 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, two people were observed through video surveillance concealing $279.39 worth of merchandise including Gillette razors and crabmeat 4:31 p.m. Nov. 17. The suspects were seen leaving the area in a dark colored sedan, possibly a 2013 Dodge Dart, displaying Delaware license plate 345721. The actors are described as a white female with brown hair who was wearing a Philadelphia Eagles sweatshirt with a logo on the chest and left sleeve, black pants, brown shoes and carrying a large brown handbag and a white male with blond hair who was wearing a green Philadelphia Eagles hat with a black brim and round sticker on the brim, a dark colored zip hooded sweatshirt with a gray lining, blue jeans and brown and black boots. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.

Alexander E. Spear, 18, of Alburtis, was charged with summary retail theft after allegedly removing $35.25 worth of merchandise from Giant Food Stores, 7150 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 2:22 p.m. Nov. 20. Charges were filed in District Court 31-3-02.

A Bethlehem woman and an Alburtis man were arrested and charged with retail theft after allegedly removing $39.15 worth of clothing, cosmetics and various other merchandise from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 5:35 p.m. Nov. 20. Charges were filed in District Court 31-3-02.

Reported by CVS, 958 S. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, an actor removed various merchandise from the store and fled on a bicycle 4:54 p.m. Nov. 21. The suspect is described as white male in his mid-20s with brown hair and a goatee and wearing a red winter coat. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.

Andrew Blake Miller, 19, of Macungie, was charged with drug possession after police allegedly found a small amount of marijuana and additional associated drug paraphernalia on Miller during a traffic stop of a car in which Miller allegedly was a passenger. The vehicle was stopped along Alburtis Road at Route 100, Lower Macungie Township, 10:17 p.m. Nov. 20. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-02.

Reported in the 1300 block of Trexlertown Road, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors damaged a fence on the property between Nov. 5 and 19. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.

Reported in the 2000 block of Grandy Court, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors used an object to do about $50 damage to a mailbox Nov. 21. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.

Reported in the 7300 block of Peppermint Court, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors damaged two garage door panels and threw eggs at the rear and side of the residence 10:52 p.m. Nov. 28.

Reported in the 3500 block of Lenape Lane, Lower Milford Township, a 39-year-old male and a 15-year-old female threw eggs at a residence, hitting the front door and a bedroom window of the residence around 2:32 a.m. Nov. 24.

Davida Smallwood, 32, of Philadelphia, was charged with drug possession after she allegedly was observed committing a traffic violation along Interstate 78 eastbound at mile marker 56.7, Salisbury Township, 3:20 p.m. Nov. 18. Police stopped Smallwood and found she allegedly possessed a small amount of marijuana, prescription medication not prescribed to her and associated paraphernalia. Charges were filed in District Court 31-1-08.

DUI

A 27-year-old male, of Quakertown, was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence after police allegedly stopped him in the 1000 block of Manor Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 2:05 a.m. Nov. 21. Charges will be filed in District Court 31-3-02.
