Morgenland Church, 3120 Weidasville Road, Orefield, will host Wreaths Across America with an opening ceremony in the sanctuary 11:30 a.m. Dec. 12 followed by the wreath presentation in the cemetery at noon.

Morgenland volunteers are cooking up a pancake and sausage Breakfast with Santa 8-11 a.m. that day.

Join Christ’s Church at Lowhill, 4695 Lowhill Church Road, for Wonder of Christmas, from 3-6 p.m. Dec. 12.

The event features dinner, stories, games and crafts followed by a Christmas carol hymn sing and the Lights of Wonder. An ice cream social will top off the night with sprinkles and Christmas spirit.

Christ’s Church is also offering Lowhill Lights of Wonder, a 30-minute indoor light show featuring more than 10,000 lights synchronized to music.

Each show cycles approximately every 40 minutes 5:30-8:30 p.m. Dec. 11, 12, 19, 22 and Dec. 26-29.

There will be a 20-minute hymn sing at 5 p.m. Dec. 11. Dec. 24 will feature a showing at 6:45 p.m. and following Christmas Eve service.

Donations will benefit the Pediatric Cancer Foundation.

Lehigh Valley Zoo’s Winter Light Spectacular, by Christmas Decor, Orefield, runs from 5:30-10 p.m. Wednesdays through Sundays until Jan. 3, 2016.

Featuring nearly 1 million lights, this year’s light spectacular is guaranteed to be bigger and brighter than before.

This year’s experience includes state-of-the-art musical light shows featuring Star Wars, Frozen and Minions, as well as the Bing Crosby classics.

Have a professional photo taken with Santa at Bison Auditorium.

The event will be closed Christmas Eve and Christmas.
