Zachary Ryan, Hailey Wills and Jessica O’Neill, Eyer Middle School students and members of the school draw club, are among students recognized in an event Nov. 14 for posters they submitted to the Lehigh Valley Peace Coalition Poster Contest.

The event was held at the Northampton Community College Fowler Family Center.

Students brainstormed, drafted and completed their work in an after-school drawing club at Eyer Middle School. Their work was chosen from 125 submissions from 16 different schools. Of the submissions, 25 pieces were chosen for a special recognition award and displayed at the Lehigh Valley Peace Coalition Award ceremony.
